Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TradeBot Hub platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice provided through the platform.

2. Service Description

TradeBot Hub provides an AI-powered cryptocurrency trading bot that connects to supported exchanges (currently Bybit) via API. The Service includes automated trading, portfolio analytics, backtesting tools, and blockchain-based transparency features. TradeBot Hub does not custody your funds — all trading occurs on your connected exchange account.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• You must have a valid account on a supported exchange.
• You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Users from sanctioned countries or restricted territories may not access the Service.

4. Not Financial Advice

The Service is a software tool, not a financial advisory service. Nothing provided by TradeBot Hub constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any content on the platform as such. You are solely responsible for determining whether any trade is appropriate for you based on your own objectives, financial condition, and risk tolerance.

5. Risks of Trading

• Markets are volatile and unpredictable — AI models can and will make incorrect predictions.
• Leveraged trading amplifies both gains and losses.
• Exchange outages, API failures, and network latency may result in missed or incorrect trades.
• TradeBot Hub is not liable for any losses resulting from the use of the Service.

6. API Keys & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your exchange API keys. TradeBot Hub requires trading permissions but does not require withdrawal permissions. We strongly recommend enabling IP whitelisting and 2FA on your exchange account. You agree not to share your TradeBot Hub account credentials with third parties.

7. Subscription & Payments

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).
• Payments can be made via credit card, cryptocurrency, or $TBOT token (with discount).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of subscription start, provided fewer than 10 trades have been executed.

8. $TBOT Token

The $TBOT utility token provides platform benefits including subscription discounts, governance voting rights, and staking rewards. $TBOT is a utility token and is not marketed or sold as a security or investment. Token value may fluctuate and there is no guarantee of value appreciation.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract TradeBot Hub's AI models or algorithms.
• Using the Service for market manipulation or any illegal activity.
• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing access to the Service without authorization.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or exploit features.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeBot Hub and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Tallinn, Estonia.
